General terms and conditions
Please read the terms and conditions described below carefully before using the online store on the website www.blastofficial.eu.
Using the online store on the website www. blastofficial.eu , you declare that you accept and agree to these terms.
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions, according to which Global Aminobiologist Ltd., UIC: 207457459, registered office and management address: Bulgaria, Plovdiv 4000, 4 Polkovnik Bonev Str., sells goods to its consumers through the online store at the following address: www. blastofficial.eu , hereinafter referred to as the STORE. Anyone who loads the internet address www. blastofficial.eu will be called USER for short.
When loading any page of the STORE with the embedded hyperlinks therein, as well as on other pages of www.blastofficial.eu or through the use or payment of products offered by the STORE , the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
The user is identified in order to determine his statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, which is done through the log files stored on the server www. blastofficial.eu user's IP address, as well as other information.
Rights and responsibilities of the parties
The products in the STORE are limited only to the specified conditions. Global Aminobiologist Ltd. has the right at any time and without notice to make changes to the published products and prices, and all such changes and additions shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the website of the online store: www. blastofficial.eu
Limitation of liability
In order to purchase products from the STORE, you submit personal information. This information is protected by the Personal Data Protection Act. The STORE uses personal information to improve the services it offers you. The information you submit is used solely to fulfill your order.
Change in prices of goods
The STORE has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to the users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing the order.
When prices are reduced, the reduced prices are announced, with the new price placed next to the old one, which is crossed out.
In case of technical errors made by the user in the information provided by him when placing the order, the STORE has the right to refuse to fulfill the order without owing compensation to the user. In case of amounts paid by the user for a certain order/s, which for the above reasons cannot be fulfilled, the STORE is obliged to refund them, by deducting from the transferred amount the transport costs, insurance and bank fees.
Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Act
Information for consumers according to Art. 47, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act:

The supplier of goods ordered from this online store is Global Aminobiologist Ltd.
The final price of the goods is displayed on the product presentation page, next to the name of the goods. The cost of shipping and delivery is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods. It is indicated separately in the order and is added to the price of the goods when determining the final payment price.
The Online STORE does not charge any costs for using a means of communication to conclude the distance sales contract.
The terms of delivery and order fulfillment are described in the "Delivery Terms" section. The terms of payment are specified in the "Payment Methods" section.
Conditions, deadline and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving any reason. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from:
the date of delivery, which means the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) has accepted and taken physical possession of the product; or
in the case of multiple products ordered in one order and delivered separately: (i) the date on which you or a third party (other than the courier) and indicated by you have accepted and taken physical possession of the last product, or (ii) the date on which we notify you that we cannot deliver the remainder of the products ordered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the STORE, indicating their name and address for correspondence and, if available, their telephone number and e-mail address, as well as their decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous statement, which should be submitted to the STORE on paper or sent to the e-mail address: sales@ blastofficial.eu
The consumer may also fill in and submit electronically the standard withdrawal form (Appendix No. 1) before the expiration of the withdrawal period (14 days from receipt of the goods). In case of using this option, the STORE will immediately send a message confirming receipt of the withdrawal.
In the event that the consumer withdraws from the contract, the STORE will reimburse all payments, including the costs of standard delivery (if any), within 14 days from the date on which it is informed by the consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. The amount of the transport costs for returning the goods (standard delivery for the territory of Bulgaria - 5.50 BGN) is not subject to reimbursement.
The ONLINE STORE makes refunds only to the user's bank or card account or to PayPal, if it was made through this method of payment. When paying by cash on delivery, the amount is refunded to the bank account specified by the user. In case the payment was made by bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made.
The ONLINE STORE has the right to postpone the refund of payments until the goods are received back or until evidence is provided that the goods have been sent back, depending on which of the two events occurred earlier.
The consumer must send the goods to the STORE no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the STORE of his withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is considered met if the consumer sends the goods back to the STORE before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in its entirety, complete and without damage.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the User must bear the transportation costs of returning the goods to the STORE.
Product discrepancies and complaints.
- Attention! Upon receipt of the shipment, please check the goods in the presence of the courier. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the order. If any shortages, defects or inconsistencies of the received goods with the ordered ones are found, the STORE replaces the products at its own expense without additional fees for the User.
A claim for a damaged shipment is made at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, and this is noted with a note on the waybill and with a report of findings completed on site in duplicate. The report of findings is mandatory for the validity of the damage and shortages in the shipment covered by the insurance. The client, or the recipient of the shipment, is obliged to request a copy of the report, and then attach the copy when filling out a return request.
Note: item 11 does not apply to consumers outside Bulgaria who purchased the goods through a courier other than Econt or Speedy.

The STORE reserves the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and all such amendments and supplements shall enter into force without the need for prior consent of the users. The amendments and supplements shall enter into force automatically from the moment of their publication on the STORE's website: www. blastofficial.eu The User has the obligation to periodically visit the General Terms and Conditions page to familiarize themselves with any possible changes.
