Global Aminobiologist Ltd. respects the privacy of its clients' personal data and guarantees their protection to the maximum extent. This Privacy Policy has been prepared and is based on the current Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection.   1. WHO PROCESSES AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Global Aminobiologist Ltd. (THE ADMINISTRATOR) - is the commercial company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 207457459, which collects, processes and stores your personal data under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  1. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS - Global Aminobiologist Ltd. processes your personal data on the basis of Art. 28, paragraph 3 of Regulation 2016/679 in conjunction with Art. 6, paragraph 1, b. "a", b. "b", b. "c" and b. "f" of the GDPR

Global Aminobiologist Ltd. processes the following personal data:

Data that we process to complete an order, as a guest (without registration): - Name, Surname, E-mail, City, Address, Phone

  • Data we process for registration: - Gender, First Name, Last Name, E-mail, Password, Date of birth (optional)

  • Data that we provide to courier companies for delivery: - Name, Surname, City, Address, Phone

  • Data we need for a club card: - Name, Surname, City, Address (optional), Phone, E-mail, Gender (optional), Date of birth (optional)

  1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

3.1. Fulfillment of obligations of the ADMINISTRATOR under a contract for the purchase and sale and delivery of the purchased goods:

  • Creating a client profile on the ADMINISTRATOR platform

  • Customer identification when ordering;

  • Identification of the recipient of the goods upon delivery;

  • Exercising the right to refuse or make a complaint;

  • Issuing loyalty cards.

3.2. Fulfillment of legal obligations of the ADMINISTRATOR

  • Issuance of sales documents – goods receipts, invoices, etc.

  • Carrying out financial and accounting processing of the contract with the client and for tax and social security control by the relevant competent authorities.

3.3 For the purposes of the legitimate interests of the ADMINISTRATOR, namely:

  • Tracking the performance of each delivery;

  • Ensuring all issues related to complaints;

3.4 For marketing purposes:

  • Analysis of consumer demand and behavior;

  • Sending messages about promotions, offers, surveys, advertising games;

  • Sending advertising and/or information messages.

  1. METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION: Global Aminobiologist Ltd. processes only data that is voluntarily provided by our clients and users. This means that each client is responsible for not providing data to third parties in violation of their rights to personal data protection, since Global Aminobiologist Ltd. does not have access to these persons and has no practical possibility to control whether clients provide us with data to third parties with their knowledge and consent, given in accordance with legal requirements. In this regard, each data subject bears full personal responsibility if they provide us with data to a third party without their knowledge or without obtaining their consent in fulfilling the requirements of applicable personal data protection legislation, including with regard to the names, telephone numbers and addresses of the recipients of the shipments provided to us by a client.

  1. WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA") in compliance with national and European legislation and in particular REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (better known as GDPR).

  1. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Global Aminobiologist Ltd. does not provide your personal data to third parties without a legal or contractual basis, nor does it distribute data to third countries and international organizations outside the EU and EEA. The transfer of your data to other personal data processors is carried out only for the purpose of providing the service/delivery you have selected, for marketing campaigns aimed at improving the quality of the goods provided to you, in order to fulfill the legal obligations of Global Aminobiologist Ltd., namely:

  • Transport/courier companies for the purpose of delivering goods;

  • Companies for technical analysis of the service;

  • The banks servicing the payments made by you;

  • Persons providing consulting services in various fields - legal, accounting, auditing, including forced collection of receivables, etc.;

  • State administrative bodies - NRA, etc., when applicable in cases provided for by law.

  1. PROCESSING AND STORAGE PERIOD. DATA DESTRUCTION

After the execution of a specific delivery or after giving your consent, your personal data is stored for the following periods:

  • 10 years for accounting documents, starting from the beginning of the year following the year in which the accounting document was issued - Name, Surname, City, Address, Telephone.

  • 5 years from the execution of a specific delivery, in order to track the execution of each delivery and secure all issues related to complaints and legal claims - Name, Surname, City, Address, Phone.

The destruction of personal data is carried out in compliance with a prescribed procedure for this, according to the internal documents of Global Aminobiologist Ltd.

  1. SAFETY MEASURES

Global Aminobiologist Ltd. strictly implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing in accordance with Art. 32 of Regulation 2016/679. Personal data is accessible only to those persons who need access to perform their work in connection with the provision of our services. These persons are trained and authorized accordingly.

  1. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

9.1. Right of access - At any time you have the right to request information about your personal data that we store, as well as the basis, purposes, terms of processing and storage.

9.2. Right to rectification - You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, including completion of incomplete personal data.

9.3. Right to erasure - You have the right to request the erasure of all personal data processed by Global Aminobiologist Ltd.

9.4. Right to restriction - You have the right to request Global Aminobiologist Ltd. to restrict the processing of your personal data.

9.5. Right to portability - Where Global Aminobiologist Ltd. processes your personal data by automated means based on your consent or on a contract, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, transmitted to you or to another party. This includes only the personal data you have provided to us.
